شرکت تکلان توس در سال 1365 با هدف تولید قطعات ترمز و کلاچ هیدرولیکی انواع خودرو تاسیس گردید و در حال حاضر بعنوان بزرگترین تولید کننده سیستمهای کامل ترمز و کلاچ در ایران مشغول به کار می باشد. این شرکت با برخورداری از قرارداد انتقال تکنولوژی از شرکت FTE (FAG) آلمان و نیز همیاری متخصصان مجرب خود قادر به تولید بیش از چهل گونه مختلف از سیلندرهای اصلی ترمز، سیلندرهای ترمز چرخ جلو (کالیپر)، سیلندرهای ترمز چرخ عقب، سیلندرهای اصلی کلاچ، سیلندرهای کلاچ پایین با حداکثر دقت و کیفیت و با ظرفیت سالانه حدود 2,200,000 قطعه میباشد.
این شرکت همچنین با داشتن قرارداد انتقال تکنولوژی سیستمهای ترمز الکترونیکی از شرکت (Continental Teves) آلمان، اولین تولیدکننده سیستمهای ترمز ضد قفل (ABS) بوده که یکی از کارآمدترین و کم حجمترین EHCU مربوط به سیستم ترمز خودروهای سواری به همراه سنسورهای سرعت چرخ را در محدوده محصولات خود دارا میباشد.
این شرکت دارای گواهینامه ISO-9001 - 2015 و IISO-14001 - 2015 و ISO-16949 - 2016 و آزمایشگاه آکردیته اداره استاندارد میباشد.
